This is a great belly dance workout from Leilah! It’s got five fun moves that quickly get the body warm and the muscles moving.
It’s a bit short, but that makes it very easy to follow. There’s tons of practice for each move, so you have plenty of time to master them before putting them together into a routine. The workout is fast-paced and doesn’t really stop, which also makes it a pretty nice cardio workout.
With nice music, great moves, and a full-body cardio routine, this belly dance class is one to keep coming back to. You don’t really need any experience to do it, so try it out, even if it’s your first time!
