This is a decent total body cool-down. It’s from a dance fitness class, so there are some dance moves included in between the stretches. If you’ve ever done a Zumba class, then you know what to expect.

It’s only three minutes long, which is a bit short for a post workout stretch, in my opinion. Plus, with the dance moves mixed in, in the end there aren’t a whole lot of stretches, and the stretches there are have very short intervals. So, if you’re like me and you need a good stretch after a workout, you’ll probably want to do more after this.

That being said, it’s a nice way to get your heart rate down before doing a longer stretch, so you will benefit from doing it, especially at the end of a dance workout.

By the way, I’ll have some other videos by Dance Fitness with Jessica posted on here in the future, but what she mainly does is dance fitness videos (as you can tell by her name). I won’t be reviewing every single one of her dance videos, because if I did it would take me forever, but you can check out her channel to see what songs she’s got on there, and to check out her hip-hop dance style. Her dance videos are challenging, but generally easy to follow. You’ll have a blast!
