This is pretty cool choreography for a classic 90’s rap song! You’ll be ready to jam out once you’ve gone through this video a couple of times, and feel like a pro dancer, too!
Unfortunately it will take you a few watches to really get the choreography down. While I love most of Keaira’s videos and I think she’s an awesome fitness instructor, in this video she just goes too fast to keep up. She only allows practice for each move once, and doesn’t practice them together, so when you get to the final section where you dance with the music, you can’t remember the moves at all!
Of course, you can always pause and rewind if you need more practice. I don’t have the patience for that; I’d rather it be included in the video, personally!
I also was expecting more of a workout from this video, but it’s just choreography, with lots of stop and go, so I didn’t even break a sweat. On the other hand, if you want to learn to cool hip-hop choreography, this is a great video to try.
