This yoga routine is a bit more active than some of Adriene’s other videos. Rather than stretching slowly and gently, and focusing on breathing, this workout emphasizes movement. There are some stretches for the lower body, but the focus is on stimulating blood flow, especially to the brain, so they’re more dynamic stretches and movements.
The last move is kind of silly, but it’s fun and it feels good, and serves as an excellent release from the things that our holding us back. My muscles actually felt kind of warm after this routine, so you could do this anytime of the day and not worry about hurting yourself. You might even use it as a warm-up!
Overall, this is a fun, unique yoga routine. Use it to get your body moving whenever you need a boost!
