This video is superrr relaxing. The moves are gentle and easy, and the music is so lulling. If you do this yoga stretch before bed, you will most definitely be ready to sleep by the end. It finishes in corpse pose, so you will already be 90 percent of the way there!
This stretch is wonderful for releasing all of the tension we hold in our bodies during the day. There are a lot of stretches for the lower body, but there are some nice ones for the neck and back as well. You won’t have to do anything else to get your whole body relaxed.
Though this workout is designed to be done before bed, it’s a great stretch to do any time you need to relax. I guarantee you will feel much better afterwards!
