This is a nice quick dance routine with ab-focused moves! It’s pretty fun, but a little intense. The moves really work those abs, so I think it would help to warm up a little bit before doing this workout. I didn’t, and I regretted it somewhat.
But, if you’re already warmed up and ready to go, then you will have a great time with this workout! Its fun, and it’s a nice, quick, cardio burst. If you’re doing a dance workout, this is a great one to add in, or it could be a great way to work the abs without doing any of those dreaded leg lifts or bicycles!
