Ease of Following |
This is actually a pretty relaxing workout! The movements are really slow and deliberate, and you don’t do that many reps of each. Some of the moves do burn, but I did not find them intense at all.
This workout is also really beginner friendly and super easy to follow! The host is a little bit awkward, but she knows her stuff, and she really explains the form of the moves in good detail.
This workout also has a really thorough warm-up, so you can start your upper body day with this video without worrying about warming up beforehand. The cool-down is a little short, though, so I recommend doing a little more if you’re not going to do another video after this.
