This is a crazy HIIT workout! It’s sooo intense. I love-hated it!
There is a ton of jumping in this workout, so it is definitely not apartment friendly. A lot of the moves are quite heavy on the shoulders and the knees, too, so if those are problem areas for you, you’ll want to skip this one.
The moves in this routine are pretty hard. There are some modifications to make them low impact or slightly easier, but even with the modifications, I’d still label this workout as intermediate level. You will work yourself hard, even though it’s only 20 minutes long.
Make sure you stretch well after this workout, since the cool-down included in the video is a bit short. You’ll probably still feel it the next day, but it’ll help!
