This is an excellent total body workout for all impacts and all levels of fitness! If you are a beginner, you can follow the low-impact, beginner modifications on the left, and if you are advanced, you can do as the host does with a high-resistance band. This workout is for anyone!
No matter which variety you do, however, you will work your whole body hard. The moves are insanely effective, and make you sweat like crazy. The next day, I was sore in my butt, thighs, and arms! But don’t worry; because the intervals are short, the torture level is not so bad.
The host is clearly a woman of few words, so it’s a little bit low on the motivating scale, but you can see that she’s passionate about fitness. So, though she’s not enthusiastic like Cassey Ho or other fitness instructors, she’s still a great teacher.
This video also includes a thorough warmup and cool-down, so it’s self-inclusive. You don’t need to do anything else to get a full workout in!
