This “turbo oblique” workout is so fast paced that it almost becomes a cardio workout too! The moves are extremely effective; you will feel your sides burning, and you will be sore!
These moves are a little advanced. One move in particular, the Ballerina Reaches, is pretty heavy on the shoulders, so a little of bit of shoulder strength is helpful for this workout. There also aren’t any beginner modifications, so I’d only recommend this video to those who’ve been working out for a while.
But if you’re ready for the burn, this is a fantastic workout for the abs, and you will love it!
