This is not a routine, and therefore is not good for a cool-down. There are five stretches that they show you in great detail, so this is instead a great introduction to stretching the lower body. They’re not really unusual poses, though, so unless you’re really just starting out, you probably won’t really need to watch this video.

That makes this video fantastic for beginners, however. There are lots of modifications and deep explanations for beginners and those without much flexibility, so if you’re looking to learn a little about how to stretch your lower body, this is a great video! It’s very informative, and has some really effective moves. Recommended for beginners!
