This workout is super easy to do and super beginner-friendly. Unfortunately, it’s filled with a lot of the usual moves that we love to hate, like lunges and squats, so it could be a bit of a boring workout if not for the music.
I love the tunes in this workout! They give you a little more pep to some otherwise torturous moves. Plus, Cassey’s contagious enthusiasm makes this workout more fun than it should be, so you won’t hate doing it.
It is a little heavy on the legs, which makes it a great warmup for the lower body, but it also hits every other part of the body, too, so I think this is a great all-around cardio workout that could also double as a warmup for other workouts!
