Length: 11 min 42 sec
A static stretch where all moves are done on the mat. This video is rather old, so it’s a bit hard to hear the commentary.

This video is filled with really unusual stretches! It’s really great that they’re not your standard, run-of-the-mill moves, but unfortunately, perhaps because they’re unique, they’re a little challenging to do. For some of them, if you don’t have a little bit of flexibility to start with, it might be hard to get into the poses. For others, you need a little bit of extra strength to hold the moves. These are not stretches for beginners!
That, coupled with the fact that the audio is hard to hear, makes this video ever so slightly difficult to follow, so this is not my favorite stretch routine. However, this workout gets serious points for uniqueness, and it really stretches the whole body, so I recommend you try it out if you have a little bit of flexibility and strength to start with!
