This is a fantastic legs and butt workout! Some of the moves are a little advanced, and boy do they burn. Some require a lot of balance and a bit of prerequisite strength, so that’s why it’s labeled as intermediate.

I love the wide variety of moves in this workout! They’re not the same leg moves that you might find in a typical workout, so it’s pretty fun for its originality. Plus, they’re extremely effective; you’ll definitely feel your muscles working!

And, with high-impact moves at the end, you’ll get a little bit of a cardio burst as well! The video also finishes with a nice stretch, so it’s a pretty comprehensive workout for being so short. Definitely recommended!
