This video has a really unique variety of stretches! I love that they’re not the usual stretches you usually get in a stretch routine.
Some of the moves are a little challenging, though. Some require you to be a little flexible to start with, and some will be hard to do if you’re not very coordinated or balanced. There are some options to modify, but not many, so just be careful doing this routine if you aren’t very flexible or strong yet.
All in all, though, this is a really nice stretch video! Since it’s dynamic, it would be good warmup for a workout, or, as the title suggests, just to get the day going with. I recommend it!
