This workout is pretty intense! It’s not a super hard workout; actually, this workout is super beginner-friendly, but it will definitely get your heart pumping, whatever your fitness level.
I did mark it as a four in burn level and a five in sweat level, but all in all, it’s not really that bad. I mean, I did sweat a ton, so this is a really great cardio routine, but I didn’t hate it while I did it, like some other routines. There are some moves that are a little advanced, but there are plenty of modifications so you can do them in a way that works for you. In fact, she always shows the low impact, low intensity version first, so this is a particularly great intro to cardio for beginners.
This video works you pretty hard, but unlike some other workouts, it doesn’t make you feel like death at the same time, which is a win-win in my book! It’s a great workout that gets the whole body moving, so a definitely great option for cardio day!
