This turned out to be a pretty good selection of stretches, which surprised me because for some reason I didn’t expect much from it. The stretches hit the whole body, so they’re a great way to get the blood pumping when you’re stiff at work.
Some of them involving squatting and bending, however, so as a woman I might feel a little weird doing them at the office, and I wouldn’t recommend doing this video at all if you’re wearing a skirt!
You’ll need a chair for this workout, because a lot of the moves are done sitting. I suppose you could do it without a chair and just sitting at the floor, but you’ll want something, like the wall, to hold on to for some of the moves.
Wherever you are and whatever you use, this is a great stretch. The exercises will feel wonderful before or after a workout, on a rest day, or even after a hard day at work, so consider making this part of your regimen!
