This is a pretty intense cardio workout. Though it’s mixed with strength moves, the cardio moves are strenuous, so it’s pretty brutal. There are also some much hated moves, like burpees, jumping lunges, and lizard jumps. I suffered!

This is somewhat of an advanced workout. There are beginner and low-impact modifications, but they only appear in a small square in the bottom left corner, so they’re easy to miss. There also isn’t much explanation of the moves, and none for the beginner mods, so this isn’t a super beginner friendly workout.

However, if you’re familiar with the moves and with Blogilates’ videos, you’ll be fine following this video! It’s a really great cardio workout with a little bit of circuit training in there, so you will get a fantastic workout in. Plus, if you actually do this video four times, you will probably die.
