Ease of Following |
This is a really nice full-length workout! It’s a HIIT style workout, meaning each of the different moves are done over intervals, but the nice thing is that there are no gross moves like burpees or mountain climbers! All of the intervals are filled with different types of dance moves, with different levels of intensity. It’s super fun!
Honestly, it’s somewhat less of a HIIT routine and more of a dance workout, but I’m not complaining too much. You’re basically dancing to the beat of the music, which, by the way, is very catchy. So no need to worry about keeping up with the intervals!
Plus, the dance moves are really easy to follow. Even beginners can do it! Just dance at your own pace and you will have a great time and a great workout!
