This was not something I expected! It was a really speedy barre routine. Most of the barre workouts I’ve done are slow-paced, focusing on form and grace, but this one was more about doing the movements quickly and thoroughly.

It was actually a lot of fun, and I worked up a great sweat. That also means it was pretty grueling and pretty exhausting, but at least it keeps you on your toes. Literally. 😉

The only thing I didn’t like about the video is that they moved the chairs around a lot, which was kind of annoying. They moved so fast that taking the time to move your chair and put it in the right spot may take away valuable reps!

That being said, this is a great workout with a surprise cardio. You’ll work your whole body and have a great time doing it too!
