This is a super fun exercise. Don’t get me wrong, it’s extremely hard to do, but stand in front of the mirror and do it and you’ll have a great time, I promise! You’ll really feel like a dancer, even if you don’t think you’re doing it right. Plus, you’ll get a smashing workout in your abs and lower back!

Leilah does a super job of explaining exactly how to do it, and even though it’s not easy to do what she does, it’s easy to see and understand what she is doing. Full marks for ease of following!
