Ease of Following |
This is a really fun dance class! The moves are simple and easy to follow, and they’re cute, so you really feel like a belly dancer while you’re doing them.
As far as cardio goes, it’s not a very grueling workout. There’s one section that involves jumping that burns quite a lot during the practice session, but otherwise, it’s a pretty light workout.
This video loses marks for being easy to follow because she does some moves that she assumes you already know, so if you haven’t tried her videos before, you might have to improv a little. That being said, the moves aren’t hard and don’t require any great strength, so anyone can do them.
Try coupling this video with some of her tutorial videos like How to do a Shimmy and How to do a Chest Drop and Lift, and you’ll be golden!
