There are only five moves in this workout, but they’re pretty brutal. My buns were burning! I sweated a lot and even had to stop a few times on each move because my butt hurt so bad. I was super tired by the end of it.
However, though this video tortures you with brutal moves, it’s not too bad, because Cassey talks through the whole thing, which tends to keep you distracted from the pain. Overall this is a really nice workout, and a great way to get that one little spot working to lift that booty.
