Ease of Following |
This a nice workout that puts a lot of emphasis on form and Pilates breathing, so it’s great for beginners. The moves aren’t too difficult, but they do burn quite a lot, especially the last move. Overall though, it’s not too torturous.
What this video gains, however, it lacks in certain elements of fun. The video’s hosts don’t look entirely comfortable on camera, so it almost feels a bit awkward, and there isn’t any music, so it’s not a particularly exciting workout.
However, it’s a great set of exercises and it’s very easy to follow, so this workout gets a thumbs up from me!
