This is a pretty tough workout, since you’re basically in squat position for the length of almost two full songs. Your thighs and booty will burn! That being said, however, the hardest move is only done for a short while, so it’s not too torturous, and should be okay for anyone of any level to do.

The video starts out with straight squats, so you might need a little bit of a warmup before it starts, but I think it can itself serve as a warmup for a longer workout without much problem. It’s also a great way to get in your squats for the day, because you know squats are the bomb!

The actual workout is only about six minutes long, with the final two minutes being advertising and talk, so this video easily makes it into the five-minute category! Overall, it’s a quick, dynamic, fun lower body workout, so how could I not recommend it?
