Beginner to Advanced, high-impact total body cardio and strength-training workout by Blogilates
Length: 13 min 13 sec
A warmup and cardio routine that also works the abs. Note that, though the video says “apartment friendly”, some moves involve jumping. However you can make them apartment friendly by substituting for lower impact moves.

This is a fun, easy to follow, beginner to advanced level workout that anyone can do. The amount of hard work is low for Cassey’s videos; in this one, she seems to work you just until it starts to burn then switches it to a new exercise.
There is one very long session in which we are in plank; it made my shoulders burn, which is why it got a 3 flame rating. The core sessions are mostly made up of the work in plank.
The only thing I really dislike about this video is the Knee Hop Squat, which to me is a bit of a dangerous move and is really difficult to execute well. If you want to try this (it is high impact), I don’t recommend doing it on a hard surface, as you could really hurt yourself.
That being said, besides that weird last move, this is a nice warmup for the whole body. It gets the heart rate up and your body warm and ready for the next workout!
