Be ready to shake it, friends! The Egyptian shimmy is HARD to master, and Leilah makes it look so easy. She delineates clearly and concisely what you have to do to, and it’s really easy to understand. It is slightly frustrating, though, because it’s hard to make it look as good as she does!
It’s really fun though; you get to shake your booty for 10 minutes! You will feel it in your thighs, abs, and lower back!
No space is needed; you can do this video while standing in the kitchen waiting for water to boil!
