This is a nice selection of stretches for the whole body. They’re not anything unusual, but they’re tried and true stretches that are known to be effective and feel good. It’s nice to have them all in one routine, too, so you can follow along without thinking about it!
The moves are basic and easy, so anyone can do this routine. Jenny also gives really detailed explanation of form, but I think a few more inflexibility modifications for beginners would have been nice for those who need them.
On the other hand, this routine is also quite relaxing, so it’s definitely worth doing. The music is nice and I love how soothing Jenny’s tone is. You’ll feel nice, relaxed, and stretchy by the end!
