The title of this video says it’s a yoga/Pilates combo, but it’s really mostly stretches. There is some work for the abs, but otherwise you’re going through a yoga routine with stretches and poses for the whole body.
Some of these stretches require a bit of flexibility to get into or good balance to hold, so this is a little bit of an advanced workout. There aren’t any beginner modifications either, so beginners may struggle a little bit.
It does feel very nice, and will get your whole body warm, stretched, and worked out, so it’s definitely worth doing if you’re able!
