This is a really lovely, energizing stretch. The moves are dynamic, so they get your blood moving as well as stretch your muscles out, which is great when you need a pick-me-up!

This routine has some great stretches that open the chest and shoulders, plus others that feel wonderful on the hamstrings, too. The moves aren’t hard, either; there’s one somewhat advanced move, but Jacquelyn provides modifications to make it easier, so this is great for beginners and anyone who’s not used to stretching, as well as more flexible people.

Since this is a dynamic stretch, it would work great as part of a warmup, or as a way to stretch when you feel tense during the day. It also serves as a fantastic total body cool-down, too, so this is a very versatile video!
