This video is super informative! Katie goes through a great selection of yoga poses with great detail. There’s a lot of information about how the poses work and how effective they are, so you’ll learn a lot from her.
The moves stretch the whole body, hitting the legs, butt, back, and abs. They feel super nice! However, don’t expect to get a good yoga workout from this video; she only holds the poses for a few seconds each, and doesn’t do both sides when it’s necessary, so this is definitely meant to be instructional, and not a routine.
One annoying thing about this workout is that there’s way too much advertising for the sponsor. I don’t mind a little bit of shameless plugging, but after a point it’s like “okay, okay, we get it!” Otherwise, though, this is a nice selection of yoga stretches to do any time of the day, and this is a great way to learn how to do them!
