This is a decent workout with a nice variety of moves. You’ll work most of your core with the plank moves but only your upper abs with the crunch moves. These are pretty effective moves, but 10 reps is barely anything! If you’re used to doing more intense workouts, you won’t find this workout to be challenging at all, so I recommend doing this workout several times, or combining it with other videos.
That being said, this is great for beginners who aren’t used to working their core. The moves aren’t difficult, and the workout is relatively easy to follow. There isn’t a whole lot of explanation of form, but you don’t really need it, since these are pretty easy moves.
That being said, they do burn, so beginners will get a nice workout from this video!
