This is Day 1 of Blogilates’ 100 Abs challenge! If you do this 30-day challenge, you will definitely feel a difference. If you take in the right nutrition, you might start to see definition in your abs at the end! I certainly felt like my abs were stronger and my core was tighter.
The challenge starts off somewhat easily with a basic Pilates move, the hundreds. But don’t think for a second 100 hundreds aren’t going to burn! You’re basically doing 100 sets of three arm pumps…so essentially you’re doing 300 hundreds, and holding Pilate stance for a good four or five minutes. Yeah, I know.
Don’t worry, though, Cassey provides five whole levels of modifications, from very beginner to super advanced, so even if you get tired, you can modify to keep going. And of course, you can always pause and come back to it…but try not to!
I love these challenges because they really make you want to push yourself, and Day 1 certainly does that! Make sure you do a little ab stretching after this, or you might feel it the next day.
