This is a great yoga routine for the holidays! We’ve all been there, where we stuffed ourselves full of turkey at Thanksgiving or eaten far too much dessert at Christmas. When you feel bloated or you’ve just eaten too much, do this workout to help your digestive system do its job!
The moves are very simple and easy to do. You won’t feel like you’re gonna puke while you’re doing it, because there’s no downward dog or other upside-down poses. It’s a much more gentle routine than that, and it’s very slow and relaxing.
It works, too! I burped a few times while in the middle of this routine, so don’t be surprised if you do, too. You might not stretch a whole lot, but you’ll certainly feel a little better after this yoga workout.
