This is a very challenging yoga routine! There are lots of poses that require a bit of flexibility, especially in the hamstrings. There are also several single-legged balance poses that can be quite difficult to hold, so this is not a beginner friendly workout!
This happened to be the first yoga routine I ever did with my mom, and she couldn’t make it through more than a few minutes. I felt really bad, but it was my fault for not screening it ahead of time. To put it to scale, my brother couldn’t do it, either, and my husband also struggled. This is not an easy yoga routine!
But if you are ready to take on this challenge, you’ll get a fabulous yoga workout! Not only will you get a nice stretch out of it, but you will gently work your whole body. It feels great!
