This is a pretty good workout. There are a ton of different kinds of moves to this workout, and you will work your whole core, and your legs too!
I didn’t really feel the burn that much, so I thought I was doing it wrong (I’m not a very good dancer). But I was sore the next day, so apparently this video did work me pretty hard! Maybe it’s the good kind of workout, where you’re having so much fun you don’t even realize you’re working out.
In fact, I love how this workout is a hip-hop dance routine that focuses on the core. It’s super fun, and deceptively effective! I also love that there was a thorough cool-down to this workout, which isn’t always easy to find.
