I love a good yoga flow workout! This routine goes through a standard sun salutation flow, but adds some other poses like warrior one and two. It is a lovely routine that feels great, and really gets you warmed up and feeling ready for the day!

I loved how detailed Jacquelyn explained each move. It makes this workout great for beginners, but it’s great for everyone, since it’s a lovely refresher on form. It also feels amazing, no matter what your level! So although it’s only 10 minutes long, it’s definitely worth starting your day with.
