This lower body workout seems simple, but it works those muscles like crazy! You will feel it in every part of your butt and legs. I sweat so much while doing this workout, and I was sooo sore afterwards!
The step bench is optional here, but without it, you won’t get the same kind of workout. She also doesn’t really explain what to do if you don’t have a step bench, but you can opt to do regular lunges instead of using a step bench; that’s what I did, and it still burned like crazy with the weights!
You can also get a good total body workout out of this video. Although the moves are targeted for the lower body, there are some that work the back and arms too.
All-in-all, this is one of my favorite lower body workouts. You will get an amazing workout from it!
