This is not a yoga routine, but rather a selection of stretches for the hips and hip flexors. The host does go through it with you, however, so it’s not just an instructional video, which is always a plus in my book.
The moves are great for not just the target areas, but for the whole body as well. I felt nice and loose after doing them!
Some of the moves, like the high lunge and the last move, are a bit challenging to hold. The straight leg windmills are also really hard to do, especially without hurting your back. Otherwise, this selection is fairly beginner friendly; just do the moves carefully and listen to your body as you do them.
This stretch would be great to do after a run or a leg-heavy workout, or even if you’ve been sitting at a desk all day. It will definitely get your muscles loose and your blood flowing!
