This is a yoga flow, which means the focus is less on flexibility and more on strength and balance. This routine moves fairly quickly through the poses, so you don’t have much time to get your balance and hold it. Some of these moves, like the high lunge, require a bit of strength to hold, too, so this flow may be a little challenging for beginners.
That being said, this is a great routine that hits a lot of the best poses of yoga! Your whole body will put some work into it, so this is a fabulous total body workout. The poses and the movement between the poses are really nice, so this is a great routine to keep in your yoga rotation.
Plus, this isn’t a very stretchy workout, so you can do it any time of the day without worrying about hurting yourself!
