This is a super quick workout! It goes by very fast. In fact, in trying to keep up with Juliana, you almost get a cardio workout in!

There are no beginner modifications and no explanations of form, so this workout is not exactly beginner friendly. But the moves aren’t very difficult, so a person with a little bit of experience should be able to follow along just fine. I’d give it an upper beginner rating!

But even though these are ordinary moves, they still burn like crazy! You will definitely feel it in your shoulders, especially. However, it’s short and it goes by fast, so you don’t quite get to the point where you feel like your arms are going to fall off.

All in all, this is an excellent arm workout for all levels!
