This is a great selection of stretches for the whole body. It will get every muscle feeling limber and loose when you’re done!

Though it’s a static stretch, this isn’t a very relaxing routine. The moves actually push you a bit hard, so you will not feel like going to bed after this one! As such this isn’t my favorite stretch (I like the relaxing kind), but it is a really excellent stretch to do after a hard workout. It’s very effective!
