This is a fast-paced warm-up that focuses on lubricating the joints and warming up the whole body. It’s really perfect for a dance routine, but would be great for kickboxing or any other workout that’s going to use your whole body. It hits all of the right notes, and has a wide variety of moves to get the whole body warm and stretched.

This workout transitions from standing to the floor, so a yoga mat may be necessary. Otherwise, this is a fabulous equipment-free warm-up, so use this for your total body cardio day!
