This is a really beautiful stretch routine. It contains a lot of moves for the lower body, but also mixes some upper body stretches in to make it a nice, total body, cool-down stretch.
The moves are generally standard stretches you’ll find in a lot of yoga routines and cool-down stretches, but they’re tried and true, effective stretches, so I’m not complaining. Plus, there’s a good mix of beginner and advanced modifications, so even the more flexible can make use of this video.
It’s slow and relaxing, with gentle music and Juliana’s soothing voice, so you will definitely feel your heart rate go down and your muscles loosen after a hard workout. Definitely a wonderful stretch to do when you’ve given your body a beating!
