This is actually a pretty relaxing workout! The toning moves are separated by stretches, so it’s really not torturous at all. When you’re used to doing Blogilates’ fast-paced, rhythmic Pilates, this is a nice, laid-back change of pace!
But don’t think for a second it’s not a hard workout! The ab moves are really effective and they really hurt!! You will definitely feel your muscles working, and you’ll be a little sore to boot.
However, since it is slow-paced and not very challenging, this is a fantastic workout for beginners. Intermediate-level athletes will absolutely benefit from doing it, too; this would be a great video to do when you’re feeling tired but still want to work out.
Honestly, fitness enthusiasts of all levels will enjoy Boho Beautiful’s relaxed style, and their beautiful videography will definitely leave you with wanderlust. Distract yourself with the lovely scenery of Peru as you work your abs! There’s no better way to do it.
