One legged burpees?! How about no?!
Just kidding. They did come as a surprise, but besides those and the lizard jumps, this workout isn’t really that torturous. Actually there are quite a few unusual moves here, like downward dog leg lifts, so it’s actually a little but fun!
This is an interval-style workout, but there’s no timer. She doesn’t say how long you do the moves for, and there aren’t really any breaks, so it’s not really HIIT or anything. Just a toning cardio calisthenics workout that you’ll love to hate!
There also quite a few ab-focused moves, so this is a great workout to burn fat and sculpt abs at the same time.
