This is a yoga routine for rest. You don’t need to worry about being warmed up, being flexible enough, or being strong enough to do it. You don’t have to push yourself, either; this routine is all about being kind to your body and looking for ways to refresh tired muscles.
There are only two stretches in this workout; the rest is about meditation and breathing. It’s a super relaxing, restorative, meditative practice that you can use when your body is feeling tired, or to wind down at the end of the day before bed.
In fact, I really recommend it for the latter; I guarantee that you will feel ready for sleep when you’re done with this routine!
