This is a nice, body-warming stretch! I did it as a cool-down, and was hoping for something to wind down with, so it was a little jarring to hear peppy music and do such dynamic moves. But as a warm-up, or a wake-up stretch, this is perfect!
There are plenty of different stretches, from yoga moves like low-lunges and downward dog, to more original stretches, like kneeling side-stretches. You’ll get your whole body moving and warm with this video.
It’s truly a great stretch to wake up with, or to warm up with before a longer workout. And as always, Cassey’s pep and enthusiasm will definitely get you going, if the workout itself doesn’t!
