This 30-minute yoga routine features one of my favorite YouTube Yogis, Yoga with Adriene. I love Adriene’s slow and gentle way of doing yoga, and this one is exactly her signature style. It’s well-paced and deliberate, with an emphasis on breathing and paying attention to your body. Absolutely wonderful.
There is a wide variety of moves in this workout, which is really fun. There are some slightly difficult poses, but she always gives modifications for less advanced yogis, so beginners should have no problem following along.
I love that this workout is somewhat challenging, but also extremely relaxing. I highly recommend doing this after a long work week, or any time you’re feeling stressed!
