Surprisingly, this workout was a little more intense than some of the workouts on Leilah’s own channel! To start with, this video is 30 minutes long, while her usual workouts are about 20. It’s also much more fast-paced, without the typical stop and go we have in Leilah’s videos. I have to say, I like this style better!
The moves are pretty cardio-heavy, too. They’ll really get your heart rate up, and will burn your muscles too. I particularly felt it in my abs and my calves. There are tons of choo-choo shimmies in here!
There are a lot of moves in this video, so you will have a super fun time learning belly dance with Leilah while working your whole body. 100% recommended!
